Thank you for your interest in auditioning for the Midwest Dance Collective Performance Ensemble!
Our Performance Ensemble is designed for dancers who are committed to artistry, leadership, teamwork, and growth. Company members receive comprehensive training, performance opportunities, and the chance to represent MDC at competitions and community events.
Please complete this form thoughtfully. Your responses help our faculty place dancers in groups where they will grow, contribute positively, and thrive.
Audition Registration Details
Ages 6-11 — 4:30-6:00 pm
Ages 12+ — 6:10-8:00 pm
Registration Fee: $20
Placement class + audition for our Pre-Professional training track and Performance Ensemble, our competition team.
Registration fees will be invoiced after your form has been received and reviewed by the MDC Team. This payment method will be attached to their billing account and used to enroll your child as a student — the 1st payment will be scheduled for their 1st day of class this summer. If you’d like to use a different payment method for their monthly tuition, please let us know!
Informational Parent Meeting
June 22nd — 5:30 pm
Our parent meeting is meant to provide you with an overview of what our Performance Ensemble entails, from structure and class inclusions to cost, time commitment, and inherent requirements. For planning purposes, we expect this to last an hour. Please let us know if you have any concerns and/or prior commitments!
Pre-Professional Summer Intensive & Summer Dance Camps
You can also use the button below to register for the Pre-Professional Summer Intensive (required for Performance Ensemble) and other available summer camps of interest — more will be added next week. Thanks so much! You may use the code LETSDANCE for $50 off your registration through July 14th.
